  • Kevin Jones

    Kevin Jones is the visionary founder of Mascots of America™, a first-of-its-kind platform dedicated to transforming mascots into fully realized brands. With a career rooted in brand strategy, live event production, and fan engagement, Kevin has spent years developing high-impact experiences that connect audiences to the energy, personality, and storytelling behind performance culture.

    Through Mascots of America™, Kevin has pioneered a comprehensive ecosystem that goes far beyond traditional mascot programs—offering custom mascot creation, elite training camps, national-level competitions, merchandise development, and educational resources. His mission is to elevate mascots from sideline entertainment to center-stage icons, empowering performers, teams, and organizations to build lasting, marketable identities.

    Kevin’s work is driven by a deep understanding of how characters create emotional connections and community. By blending creativity with business strategy, he has positioned Mascots of America™ as a movement that is redefining the role mascots play across sports, entertainment, and live events.

    At the core of his vision is a simple but powerful idea: mascots aren’t just characters—they’re brands waiting to be built.

  • Tristan Tanner

    Tristan Tanner is a dynamic mascot performer and creative leader based in the DFW area. He has brought characters to life as Hooper for FC Dallas and Seymour for the University of Southern Mississippi, where he competed nationally and was ranked among the top nine collegiate mascots in America by UCA. His other accolades include performing as a featured entertainer for the Dallas Stars during their championship series and many other characters for corporate companies like Geico, Android, Chik-fil-a and many others.

    Currently Tristan performs as Rowdy for the Dallas Cowboys. As a senior member of the program, he performs at the football games to crowds of 93,000 to 94,000+ per game. He is most proud of the community work Rowdy allows him to do throughout North Texas such as visiting children’s hospitals, school programs and the annual Cowboys Children’s Cancer benefit gala. He can be seen every holiday season as the spotlight performer in the Dallas Cowboy’s Christmas Extravaganza and you can spot him on the hit Netflix reality series America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

    Tristan served as a mascot trainer and coordinator for UCA, running camps across Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, producing national training videos used by teams, providing training in character development, style, and movement. He is the mascot coordinator for Redline Championships, where he helped to develop the Rex and Ruby Redline characters and choreographed their signature styles and routines along with developing their social media presence and brand.

    Off the field he’s a Senior Art Director and Graphic Designer with 18+ years in branding and marketing, having worked with Whole Foods Market, Exxon Mobil, State Farm and even the children’s TV series Bluey.

  • Molly Stevens

    Molly is the face behind Mascotting with Molly, where she’s coached over 200 mascots nationwide and developed training programs for performers at every level. With 14 years of coaching experience, she specializes in building confident, engaging performers.

    Her background includes performing with Universal Studios and Walt Disney World, as well as serving as a collegiate mascot at University of Texas at Dallas, where she was a two-time national finalist at the NCA Collegiate Mascot National Championship, placing 2nd and 5th, and helped shape the program’s character development.

    Her mission is to train mascots to be both consistent and unforgettable—bringing intention to every movement—where animation comes to life and every interaction leaves audiences simply wanting more. Molly holds an MBA from University of Texas at Tyler and works as a Finance Business Manager.

  • LaQuet Sharnell Pringle

    LaQuet Sharnell Pringle (they/she) is a Broadway veteran, choreographer, director, and educator with over two decades of professional experience in performance and entertainment. 

    Their credits span Broadway and National tours: Sweet Charity, The Lion King, Memphis, Lysistrata Jones, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and Mrs. Doubtfire, OFF-Broadway: Ave Q. TV/Film: I.F., Law & Order, The Blacklist, Girls on the Bus, As The World Turns. 

    A former nationally ranked and highly decorated competitive cheerleader with Cheer Athletics and Spirit of Texas, LaQuet brings elite-level athleticism, precision, and performance discipline to their work—grounding their creative approach in both technical excellence and team-centered leadership. 

    As a choreographer and director, LaQuet creates dynamic, story-driven movement that is both visually compelling and deeply connected to performers. Their work reflects a bold, high-energy style rooted in clarity, musicality, and intentionality.

    LaQuet is the Founder of Fearless Young Artists Studios (FYA Studios), where they develop original productions and train artists through their signature methodology, The Onset Technique—an approach centered on ease, flow, and connectivity. 

    They continue to collaborate across entertainment, theater, and live performance spaces, bringing a bold, playful, and fearless perspective to every project. 

  • Reid Buckley

    Reid Buckley is a seasoned character performer and entertainment entrepreneur with over five years’ experience bringing characters to life for birthday parties, events, and sports crowds. He’s performed a wide range of roles—from Marvel heroes to classic mascots—as both an in-suit character with Characters.io and a five-plus-year NFL mascot for a DFW-area team. In 2021 he co-founded and now operates Enchanted Perfect Parties, a Dallas–Fort Worth character entertainment company delivering memorable, family-friendly experiences.

  • Mario Moreno

    Mario Moreno is a dynamic performer and leader with more than a decade of experience in mascot and spirit entertainment. A graduate of Blinn College and the University of Texas at Dallas, he has built an impressive career spanning collegiate and professional performance, earning recognition at NCA Mascot Camps, competing at the Collegiate Mascot Championship in Daytona Beach, and performing for NCAA athletics, the Dallas Cowboys, and the San Antonio Missions.

    Known for his creativity and execution under pressure, Mario has produced award-winning skits, developed engaging multimedia content, and trained the next generation of performers. During his time at UT Dallas, he also competed as a cheerleader at NCA Nationals, further showcasing his versatility in performance. He continued to give back to the program as a Mascot Alumni Advisor through 2022, mentoring teams to top national finishes.

    Today, Mario brings that same energy and leadership to his role as a captain of the Spurs Jackals—an NBA supporter group for the San Antonio Spurs inspired by Victor Wembanyama—where he leads stadium chants, coordinates fan engagement, and helps create an electrifying game-day atmosphere in partnership with Spurs Sports & Entertainment.

  • Natalie Burton

    Natalie Burton began her mascot journey in 2015 as Cody the Coyote for Southern Nevada and since then has taken on many other characters, such as Louie the Lumberjack for Northern Arizona University, Temoc for the University of Texas at Dallas, Rowdy for the Dallas Cowboys, Boots for Dallas Trinity FC, and Ruby for Redline Championships. Her biggest mascot inspirations were Aubie the Tiger and Benny the Bull

  • Sean Gogen

    Sean Gogan is an experienced theme park performer with a strong background in live entertainment. He has performed in parades and stage shows across all major theme parks in Orlando, including “Fantasmic!”, the “Festival of Fantasy Parade,” and the “Frontierland Hoedown” with Walt Disney World Resort as both a face character (prince performer) and mascot performer, as well as the “DreamWorks Imagination Celebration” stage show and “The Universal Holiday Parade” at Universal Orlando Resort, and “Elmo’s Birthday Celebration” at SeaWorld Orlando. He has also performed in mascot meet-and-greets, creating magical experiences for families from around the world.

    Sean is the owner of Magical Memories Character Events, providing top-quality character entertainment for private parties and special events, and bringing strong character work, excellent guest interaction skills, and high-energy performances to a wide range of audiences.

  • Jeff Ayers

    Jeff Ayers is a highly accomplished mascot performer whose career spans from elite high school and collegiate recognition to professional sports and national television. His journey began in 1984 as the lion mascot for Greenville High School, where he earned NCA High School All-American Mascot honors—an early indication of the impact he would make in the industry.

    Ayers continued his success at the collegiate level, performing as the cardinal mascot for HCJC/TVCC from 1984–1987 and earning NCA College All-American Mascot recognition. He went on to represent Lamar University as the Cardinals mascot in 1987, where he was named a UCA/Ford Top 10 College Mascot—an honor he achieved again in 1988, solidifying his place among the nation’s elite collegiate performers.

    Transitioning into the professional arena, Ayers brought characters to life for major sports franchises, including performances as Mini Mavs Man for the Dallas Mavericks and Mini Rowdy for the Dallas Cowboys. His versatility and performance excellence extended into the entertainment world, where he spent over a decade (1993–2005) with Barney & Friends, most notably serving as the body performer for Baby Bop—one of the most recognizable children’s television characters of the era.

    With decades of experience across school, collegiate, professional sports, and television, Jeff Ayers is widely respected for his ability to connect with audiences, embody characters, and elevate the art of mascot performance. His legacy is defined by excellence, consistency, and a deep passion for bringing mascots to life in meaningful and memorable ways.

  • Luis Javier Guzman

    Luis Javier Guzman is an Orlando-based performer with over a decade of experience in large-scale theme park entertainment. With a background in jazz, hip hop, and theater, he brings strong physicality and storytelling to a wide range of performance styles.

    He spent over 9 years performing at Walt Disney World Resort as a character performer, dancer, and stilt performer, appearing in parades, stage shows, and immersive guest experiences. His credits include Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, Adventure Friends Cavalcade, Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, Festival of Fantasy Parade, and Festival of the Lion King. He was also part of the opening entertainment team for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

    In addition, Luis has performed at Universal Orlando Resort as a scare actor in Halloween Horror Nights, a stilt performer during Mardi Gras, and a character performer in the Universal Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s.

    Known for his versatility and engaging stage presence, he excels in both structured productions and interactive performance environments.
